Midtown Office:  We are located at 16 East 40th Street between 5th Ave and Madison Ave, on the 2nd floor.  Simply enter where you see the sign for "The Berkley Center" and let the receptionist know that you have an appointment with Drew.  Hours are on Fridays and Saturdays and appointments can be made via: 646.275.4470.

• B,D,F,V,Q,N,R,1,2,3,7 at 42nd street - if you exit from the South side of the train you will be on 40th.
• 4,5,6,7 at Grand Central (42nd and Lex)

Union Square Office:  In the University Pain Center, 95 University Place, 8th fl.  Between 11th and 12th streets.  Any Union Square train is convenient (4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,L).  Hours are on Wednesdays and appointments MUST be made through the Pain Center: 212.604.1300.
